Hi,
I was planning to take HP0-M47 cert. But i read on web that this exam is no longer available and has been replaced by some other exam.
Please provide the details of the replaced certification.

Yes from HP0-M16 it got changed to HP0-M47 which got changed to HP0-M102 and the latest as of Aug 2016 is HPE0-M105.
HP0-M16 >> HP0-M47 >> HP0-M102 >> HPE0-M105.
