Installing UFT - ppbrett - 04-02-2015
I am installing UFT and seek advice on how to install. I have a concurrent license option.
I have 5 users that will be able to develop and run scripts developed using UFT. When installing UFT do I need to install on each of their workstations or can UFT be installed on a common windows server and accessed by all 5 users.
If installation is required on each workstation, how do these get synchronized back to ALM.
I am a first time user of UFT so appreciate your inputs.

One license can use multiple machines,but it works only one machine at a time.Depends on your criteria..
For example..if you want to work 5 users simulteneously then take licenses from hp and integrate ALM.

you can install Concurrent License of UFT in server machine.
Then you install the setup in other machine, make sure server machine should be open
when you want to use UFT in other machine you need to close UFT in server machine.
