Not Able to Grab Objects - pacific316 - 05-01-2014
Hi All
I am a newbie to QTP, and i recently installed QTP 11.0 and i am trying to learn it ,
Browser = IE10
When i am trying to grab the objects using Object Spy Tool , tool is not able to grab all the objects but intead grabbing the entire IE window
I have tried to filter objects as Capture All Objects from the Navigate and Learn toolbar of Object Repositories Window
I am opening QTP first and then opening IE from the QTP itself by Record option
I also tried with enabling/disabling ActiveX add-in , but none of this is working for me
Can someone help

Please make sure to use compatible browser with the version of QTP you use. QTP 11 does not support IE 10.

Try once disabling "Enable Protected mode" in security option
