Just Passed HP0-M47. Thanks Ankur. Your Cert helped a lot. I was surprised seeing some questions as exact match!
So guys. should I go for advanced certification? what covers in that certification or how much effort I will have to give?

Good to know that you passed the exam. We keep on including questions from every topic in QTP, so there are high chances that our wavelength matches with that of the person setting the exam
For any technical question related to QTP Cert, I would suggest you to ask question on our dedicated help desk available in your member's area. You will receive a response much faster there.
At this stage, I would suggest you to get more hands-on with QTP. This will automatically help you learn what is asked in advanced exams.
