Issue in opening QTP Tool - kschidam - 06-26-2012

We are facing an issue while opening the QTP. This is the 1st time we are using QTP.

To get the license, we first installed the trial version to get the Machine Lock code and shared the same with Hp support team. Yesterday we got the license for QTP 11.0 (1 Concurrent User). Then we ran autorun.exe from LicenseServer folder to Install concurrent license server and license key. We followed the steps as mentioned in Concurrent License Server Guide. Once done, we did various other checks to confirm the installation is successful. Then we rebooted the server where the QTP is installed.

Once the system is rebooted, we ran WLMADMIN.exe to check the total users. It was surprised to see that the report shows 1 thought no one has accessed the QTP. When we started QTP, we get the following error "<Server Name/IP Address> - All Quick Test Professional concurrent license are currently in use. For more information ......."

Please advice what we need to do or how to find whether the QTP is in use and by whom.
