How to copy .tsr and .qfl file and everything to QC? - chong67 - 06-06-2012 I have QTP 10 on my local machine. I save one of my test case to QC10 and run it. But, I get error in QC10 running it. How do I go about copying everything including my .tsr and .qfl(library files) to QC10 so it can run. I am confused. Do I save as a package? If there is such a thing? Need help. Thanks! RE: How to copy .tsr and .qfl file and everything to QC? - sshukla12 - 06-07-2012 Hi, Could u please elaborate what error u are getting, because if u save the script in QC u can access the datatable, OR saved in local machine... Regards, Sankalp RE: How to copy .tsr and .qfl file and everything to QC? - chong67 - 06-07-2012 Sankalp, I am not getting error. I have 9 Repositories files and 1 Function library files that is on this test case. I have it working fine on my QTP machine. Now for it to work, I have to do "SAVE AS" on these 10 other files to QC10 for it to work? I just did that and this is crazy when I run in QC10 as it says it is "missing" if I dont do it. Is this the proper way of doing it? RE: How to copy .tsr and .qfl file and everything to QC? - chong67 - 06-07-2012 When I only copy the test case to the QC to run it, I see under 'Missing Resourses' tab, there are those hard corded 'file path' that is like on my local QTP machine. I am missing something here. Can anyone help me on this too? RE: How to copy .tsr and .qfl file and everything to QC? - sshukla12 - 06-08-2012 Hi, Under missing resource tab, click on the missing information and associate the OR and liabrary again. It should work then. Regards, Sankalp |
