Automation of CCF(customer care framework) using QTP - omkarsingh - 05-24-2012
QTP is not able to identify customer care framework(CCF) application.I had added .net add-in during istalltion of QTP but its not able to recognise CCF objects. Do i need any extra add-ins ? What we need to do for CCF automation using qtp ?
