guys i am new to QTP i want to run the TCs in QTP wch have written in Excel .is that possible?if so wats the steps to be followed?

Hi Raghu,
No...
QTP is a functionality testing tool...
You need to write the script which replicates the steps you do in manual testing(test cases)...and which inturn would automatedly test that functionality when executed...
You develop the qtp script for the required test case and execute the qtp script...
Hope you got an idea..here
