Download T6510-15059.iso.
-if the error comes in extracting iso file then better download Winrar OR 7-Zip to
extract that iso file.
-After that iso icon will change to winrar,then u can extract the contents.

It seems HP changed the download location for QTP last weekend and many people had trouble finding the new location.
We have made a new post on our blog on how to install and Download QTP
