can a normal automation test engineer can'T add objects into shared object repository? - ofcourse yes, why not? just to confirm -what do you mean by normal test automation engineer?
THEN WHAT IS THE FLOW OF ADDING OBJECTS INTO OBJECT REPOSITORY IN REAL TIME - should be dependent to your framework or the way it is organised to use within a team.
