License problem with Silent installtion of QTP - Prashant Mudakavi - 07-26-2011
This is regarding the silent installation of QTP. When we are trying silent installation of QTP, through command prompt on a server, the installation is failing with an error message: The Post Requirements Tool failed. Error:
After this if we try to open QTP, its throwing an error message that license is not installed. However with silent installation of QTP remotely, SEAT license will be installed rather than the concurrent license which is what we require.
Is there any way to install the license wizard silently or through command line, without using GUI. We tried editing environment variable LSFORCEHOST with License server IP and the temp log file.

Even we need to install the seat license through command line.
