QTP 9.2,9.5:IE 6,7 FF 2.0
QTP 10.0:IE 8,FF 3.0,3.5
QTP 11.0:IE 8,FF 3.6
Netscape browser also supports qtp, u can check versions in Wikipedia
You can record only in internet explorer(qtp 11 supports recording in FF as well).

Thanks rajpes, I was not able to find the link for 11. QTP 11 PAM can be found with the installable.
