hey plz help
1st we were doing testing on web app n now we will be doing testing on mobile so it will be mobile testing
i would like to know whether the test plan will b 1 which was prepared for web app testing or will change n have to prepare different test plan for mobile testing

Test plan topics should be same as per your Web app based test plan. TEst should contains the following area :
Test plan identifier
Introduction
Test items
Features to be tested
Features not to be tested
Approach
Item pass/fail criteria
Suspension criteria and resumption requirements
Test deliverables
Testing tasks
Environmental needs
Responsibilities
Staffing and training needs
Schedule
Risks and contingencies
Approvals
YOu need to change the details based on the mobile testing.

Test Plan should have all the information which you use to give in plan for web application. but you may have to add some plan for extra testing activies if any for mobile testing
