I am trying to record a simple step but nothing is recorded, not too sure why.
It is from the Tutorial
Look at the attached MP4 video.......please help
Apparently I can not attach an MP4 video file, so what is possible?

Hi Make sure that you have selected the proper setting under Record and Run settings window.

Yes I did , have a look at the DOC with screen shots please.
Why I can not attach a short MP4 video file to this post?
I restarted the Laptop, now it can record. !!!!

Hi,
well i have also faced same issue but when it happens u must restart QTP and if still the face same issue restart ur system.it will definately work.
