1. I need to create an automation test strategy and automation test plan? What are the important points i should consider in making these documents?

Well As par my exp. there is no standard template for automation strategy.
It completely depends on amout of work i.e how much and what type of automation you need.
First analyze the requirement like what type of scenarios you want to automate.
Then while developing any framework focus on Reusability,Less Maintenance properties.
