unable to open options and settings in QTP 10.0 - qa620 - 01-09-2010 Hi, I cannot open "Setting" from menu (File --> Settings) or through settings icon on the menu bar. I also cannot open "Options" from menu(Tools --> Options) or using Options icon on the menu. Nothing happens when i click on options or settings. No error messages come up. I unistalled and reinstalled the QTP. Still i have the same issue. It worked for few days when i installed the software. I am using following configuration on my work computer: QTP 10.0 on windows xp professional service pack 3. Internet explorer 7.0 as default browser. Appreciate your Help. Thanks Satya
