How to give Header in comment - upadhyay40 - 12-24-2009

Hello All,

Can anybody please let me explain that is there any way so when i create a new action in current test so automatically author name, purpose should come on the page. Hoping for cooperation

1. Create a file named 'ActionTemplate.mst' under the directory - 'C:\Program Files\HP\QuickTest Professional\dat'
2. Edit the file and write all your Header Comments in it like
'Author Name -
'Creation Date -
3. save file.
Open QTP, you will be able to see all the header comments at the top of scripting area for all the actions in the script.

Thanks for the help, i got what i want, will this process is used for function also, that means when i want to create new function so automatically comments showing. Hoping for your cooperation.
