I am new to QTP and am trying to compare Text on a website grid to text on an excel spreadsheet.
Is there a simple way to do a simple compare of the grid string objects?

whats the technology behind website grid?... if it is just html you can go with built in web addin.
Now, since you are new, you need to start with basics..go to the QTP blog there is a whole section for QTP beginners
