QTP causing Internet Explore crash - helen - 02-02-2009
Hi All,
I am new to QTP and using QTP 9.2. And I am experiencing IE crash while running QTP scripts, this happens more often when the scripts involves popup window...And my colleges have the same problem and seems this is a known issue for QTP.
Any of you have the same problem? And any workaround about that?

1)IE crash could happen for many reasons you got to narrow down when exactly IE crashes or what is the script doing and the IE is crashing......
2)Do you see the crash when you do it manually.......
provide maximum details .....

HI, Plz unchek the activx addin and restart QTP again try IE ....bcoz it worked for me...
