can u help me to record/grab the delivered text from the 'Instant Message -yahoo messenger' window?. QTP doesn't recognize it as a text once it delivered to the online user.

The best way to grab item from QTP is to place a standard checkpoint( Other than using spy) and then try parameterising and then grab the text value
