Hi Deepak,
Sorry for raising a question so late.
But in which scenario do you need to attach FL and OR to your test at run time? I mean do you refer to Batch running process here or you do use WindowScheduler to completely automate the process(like opening QTP,loading the TEST,associating OR and FL and then run it)
