How can I download an ExcelSheet from QC folder to QTP programmatically

For Example there is a attachement in QC - Test Paln at "Subject\AutomationFramework\DataSheets"

I want to download this attachement to local hard disk or to QTP programatically.

Please let me know this with an Example
