qtp 10.0 recognition WPF

QTP 10.0 Does not recognize WPF controls.

What is the solution you are expecting. You havent even specified your question.Lets pose the question back to you, With the minimal details you have supplied, do you think it is even possible to dream of the issue?. Honestly, i dont think so. This does not apply just for this forum and you being new to this forum wouldnt be a valid excuse. Even if you have to communicate to someone with this issue, definitely they will ask you back the same question.

Without much hog, let me proceed further to ask you few questions,

1. Have you installed the WPF addins?
2. Have you ensured that the addin is loaded when you script?
3. What is the error thrown when you say it is not recognized? If it is totally not recognized what does the spy say?

Many more to go, lets start with the stream and move ahead to the river.

What I am asking is:

What is the basic requirement in QTP 10.0 to recognize the WTF controls.

1. What is the patch that needs to be installed that recognizes WTF controls.
2. Have you installed the WPF addins?
what are the addins required?

Question is more straight forward, QTP 10.0 Does not recognize WPF controls. when I say it does not recognize, its obvious that I need some solution how to proceed further.

If some light is thrown on this,then I would further proceed.

The answer was right there in my question
Allright, please download the wpf addin and install it. You may have to download it from the HP site.
Let me know once you proceed and if you have any issues further.
Just between the cup and the lip, the question wasnt straight forward

Thanks, for the solution. I am unable to get the right patch from the HP site. I will keep searching until I get the right patch. Hope I will be able to find the correct patch...
