how to write a code for searching a perticular text which is there at manual test case in the test plan of QC by QTP
my requirement is we have to find out a perticular text in the expected coloum(ex:no-123) and take that value as input for the automated script.

If you are talking about fields on QC in the test plan, yes this can be done. Write a vbscript exploiting the QC OTA,
CreateObject("TDAPIOLE80.Connection"), you will need to research further on this about the available access methods. On QC, under the help section you will get the entire OTA structure. see if that helps..
