Oracle Retail Application is not getting identified by QTP, i was using the QTP 9.5 trial version in which the addins are installed inbuilt. But it did not recognize the Application. When i spyed it, it was showing it as a Window object. I also tried uninstalling QTP 9.5 and installing QTP 9.2 and oracle addin8.2 again but the issue was still there. The addin is installed as I can see it in addin manager as well as i can see the Oracle tab in the Record and Run Settings Window. Can you please help me to overcome this issue?
