issue with IE when running test

Hi, i'm really new to automation, not sure if this uft/qtp related but couldn't find any similar issue.
When i run the steps i need to do on my own, site loads fine ( screenshot below )

   


but when i run the same steps, with uft open or manually but with uft open, form loads buged

   


Not sure if this uft fault or what, but wanted to know if there's any way to solve this, im really stuck if i'm not able to solve this.

Mostly it won't be UFT problem.

Can you try the synchronization methods like
1.Sycn
2.Wait
3.wait property

It's not about code, even if i open UFT, and run the steps on my own manually, form will load wrong, as soon as i close uft and explorer, and re run the same site, it will load ok.
