cant able to open the test cases....

Hi

I have installed QTP of version10.0 and working in it... Suddenly today it cant able to perform any action (i.e) cant able to open my previous test cases and cant able to open a new test. How to solve this problem? Plz any one help me this is urgent.... Thanks in advance..

Does it hang up ? whats the issue ? I mean do you get any error message ?

IF you dont have any answer and want to just save your neck, repair QTP.

HI

It shows a message as "The Operation can not be performed. For help contact Support" in pop-up window. I cant able to close the window its hang up. How to slove this problem.
