When key press , It is not recording , and while playing , showing an error message

Hi,
I Recently started learning QTP. I am using one sample application Flight Reservation.
When i give key press that time , that function is not recording .
So while am playing back it is showing that OK button object properties are not found. . How to solve this problem ? same problem with double click on mouse also.
For selecting an item forma list box i double click that item , so the functionality is happeneing , but it is not recording.
Please help me to solve this problem.
