I'm using QTP version 11.00.0.0 Build:1018.
I want to record Oracle Retail apps (version 13.1), for example, RMS, RPM, RWMS etc. using Oracle, Java and Web add-ins.
I tried almost all recording and run settings but without success.
Few months ago I deleted environment variables bellow 'cause i was unable to start some Oracle Retail applications:
_JAVA_OPTIONS -Xrunjvmhook -Xbootclasspath/a:C:\HP\QTP\bin\JAVA_S~1\classes;C:\HP\QTP\bin\JAVA_S~1\classes\jasmine.jar
IBM_JAVA_OPTIONS -Xrunjvmhook -Xbootclasspath/a:C:\HP\QTP\bin\JAVA_S~1\classes;C:\HP\QTP\bin\JAVA_S~1\classes\jasmine.jar
JAVA_HOME C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_22
_classload_hook jvmhook
JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS -agentlib:jvmhook
Can this be reason why i can't record any Oracle Retail app?
If yes how i can resolve this problem 'cause if I create this variables again i won't be able to work with Oracle Retail applications on some testing environments?!
