Unable to Instal QTP

Hi,

1) I have MS Vista so I tried downloading QTP v 8.2 on VPC. It seemed to have been installed smoothly but when I start recording , nothing gets recorded after "SystemUtil.Run" command. When I tried to run this script, it just executes first step and displays the result with a passed test.
Please help me as I dont know where I went wrong while installing QTP.

2) I uninstalled v 8.2 and then I tried to download trial version QTP 9.5 from HP website. It is asking me the license key. I read in previous replies that somebody opted for demo verison and they were not asked for the licence key. I didnt get any option to select 'demo'. So should I uninstall QTP and install it again?
Please help as I really need to install QTP ASAP.

Any help would be appreciated.

MS Vista is not supported QTP 9.0.
It is supported from QTP 9.2.

Reg: QTP 9.5, you should be able install the demo version. Let me double check.

I double checked... and I was able to chose demo version while installation. You may have to install again.
