UFT12-- not able to open sample app

I have downloaded a UFT 12, but when I am trying to open the sample app Flight Reservation the following error is coming "Invalid attribute/Option Identifier1". can anyone help me out with this.

This issue could also be related to admin privileges on your machine. Please try the following -

Right click on Flight GUI icon, => Select Properties => Click on ‘Compatibility’ tab =>. Under ‘Privilege Level’ section => select the check box ‘Run this program as an administrator’ and click on OK button.,

And then retry accessing the Flight GUI application. Let me know how it works for you.
