Testing

Hi Guys, i came accross this question during my interview. I was asked what are the tools for testing Retail Application. my answer was = CRM Tool, Lyric List Manager, Rational Test Manager and QTP. i don't have much experience on Testing but doing research, can anyone help by telling me those tools using to test Retail Application. Retail Store like Indigo, walmart store and library.

I would not like to link a tool with some sector of industry. Instead, In the evaluation phase, I will try different tools to check the compatibility of my application with tool and possibly do a sample scripting on a particular test case.

The one which gives the best result and/or properly identifies object would be my candidate for automation.

Thanks Ankur for your reply. On the project I would be only qa guy in the company and they (company) want to know what Tools to buy for testing their application (Retail Application), the company is dealing with books.
