Set_cell_data in sap portal

Hi I am working on SAP portal and I am not able to set data in the table cell.

If I have to set data in that cell it should be enabled..and if it is enabled it is changing to a webedit box ..so plz help me in activating that particular cell.

I did not get your question, there must be some event in your Application to get it enable. you will need to identify that how it gets enabled.
