I just picked up QTP 11 as a replacement for Visual Studio Coded UI Testing, because I needed infragistics controls that are not handled in VS. However, now I can't make a save file dialog work. Part of my test involves saving a file but when I go to change the address on the save file dialog the program crashes.
Using the object manager's learn function I learn everything from a save file dialog but the only edit box is the filename box. The address bar is dependent on whatever address is already in there (and that is not a constant). If I try to learn the edit box underneath the address bar by control clicking with the object spy and then adding to repository, it is overwritten by the other edit box.
Does anyone know what to do?
