Page not identified by the script

If a particular page is not identified while the script is running, what could be the possible reasons for that...

- Objects not in Object Repository
- It is not correctly coded. (If you are using Descriptive Programming.)
- You have more than one browser open. That leads to the issue of "creation time".
- Page not visible!
- Particular Add-in not loaded

Hi Ankur

As you said i checked everything...

- all the objects are there in the object repository
- only one browser is open at a time
- actually the page is visible during execution, but it is not recognised... that is the problem...

as iam new to QTP i dont get what is descriptive programming... can you pls say what is that and what could be the problem

please check the following too:

--> Web Addins is loaded in Addin Manager & configuring the "Record &Run settings" for web is done properly.
--> Check whether we need to apply regular expression inorder to handle dynamically variying
of text string values(name/title property values) of the page.
--> Add visible=True property for the page
