Reusable Actions created in 9.2 not recognized in 9.5

I have created tests using actions and reusable actions in 9.2 and I upgraded QTp to 9.5, but when I run the tests in 9.5 version, I get an error message saying Action not found, Did what all that I knew like updating the paths, still won't work, anybody who knows the answer what I need to do, please let me know. I spoke with mercury Customer Support, and they told me their is an existing bug in 9.5 and their was a patch for it, but still didnot recieve it, I was wondering if anyone with similar problem, has applied the patch and seen the results.

Hi Varsi ,

I think It may be right & also one more thing.if u create any Scripts It should work for Latest versions.If u developed scripts using by QTP9.5. some times it may not support for QTP9.2,
