Remote desktop
#1
Solved: 11 Years, 4 Months, 4 Weeks ago
Hi I am new to testing scripting and QTP !!!
My questions is that can we get QTP to recognise a remote Desktop Connection. I want it to record the object name and not the clicks coordinates. It works on my local desktop but when I use remote desktop connections all I can see is Click ("X", "Y").
I am not familiar with VB Scripting but am picking up gradually.
it wud be gud if someone cud help me..

Thanx.
Ruby.

To automate an application residing on remote desktop ... you should have QTP installed on remote desktop.
