I have qtp installed in my local.
I dont have oracle client or oracle datbase installed in the local.
I have the user id,password, port is in ip address, database name.
i dont have the tnsnames.ora file as oracle not installed.
Please let me me know how to conenct to the datbase thought qtp script.
I dont have anythign in the admistration tab of the system to add any dsn names.
how do i start about and conenc to the database which is soemwher in the remote and i have only the port, user name, SID, password etc.
