Reinstalling QTP 9.5

I am experiencing problem to re-install QTP 9.5 trial software. I ran out of 14 days trial period and it did work fine. I have un-installed
QTP 9.5 and trying to re-install it.

Now, I am able to download it. without any problem. When, I start QTP from start>all program>QTP. I receive, License error message: This machine does not have a valid QTP license. For more details, Please see QTP documation.
screen provides 2 options; 1)Install license, 2) Cancel.
selected, install license
Next step ask for seat license or concurrent option. selected seat
license and clecked next.
next screen: Do you want to install new license reply yes or no

I have tried both of these options to no avail.

Yes option: - After clicking yes, it invoke QTP license installation wizard.
It display Product name
locking code
license type
maintenance number.

clicked next
display is asking to enter the license key that you have received from HP.
As per QTP documentation Key is in lservrc file, I copied and paste the license key from this file and click next.
clicked next for next two steps.
Received the message: failed to install license ket. license key already installed.

No options.:-- after selecting no
Received message, Licence type set successfully. please restart application for change to take effect. clicked finish to close the screen.

restarted the QTP; It is giving a license error message. please
help.

It is not possible to install QTP eval version again in the same machine. Do ghosting and reinstall. Else try to install in oher machine

OR re-install your OS and install again

Reinstall QTP will be OK, just use seat license.
