Recovery scenario

Hi,
I have created and linked Recovery scenario using wizard but this scenario is not working when the error popup is generated. I have used exactly the same example given in Student handbook (agent name should be atleast 4 chars long)
Is there a way to activate it or to check if it was called.

Can you tell the exact scenario that you have recorded so that i can try & help you out in this.

Steps to replicate - if you check 'Recovery scenario' and 'Parameters' topics from the QTP student handbook (link shown in same testing sight ) there is one example of logging in and out from Flight application with different users. I tried exactly same data and steps but Recovery not happening during wrong data msg.
