QTP8.2 executng problem

Hi..
I have installed QTP8.2(14 days trial ) before 2 month. As i kknow that after 14 days there is not use of QTP8.2. I want to ask that if i reinstall windows xp and then i intall qtp8.2 (14 days trial.) so whether qtp will work or not ? Acually i have done like this. Its asking for the licence number ..

Should be a clean install wiping everything on the machine.
