QTP slows down IE launch

When QTP is started, it takes several minutes from IE to launch.
When I start recording I have to wait severa minutes.

Then when I run the test it always fails before the IE opens (QTP cannot find object). And IE opens in several minutes only.

Is this a known issue and how can I fix it?

I use QTP 9.5 with Web, ActiveX, VisualBasic add-ins and IE6.
