QTP - memory leak

I am using HP Quick Test Professional (Unified Functional Testing UFT) Tool for automation of scripts with IE 9.

When I execute my script,After every 21 iteration the QTP becomes slow and browser gets hang.
I have also released the memory from my code but its not helping.

Need your assistance to resolve the issue.
