QTP errors executing business components

I have 2 different business components that work perfect individually. When I use Quality Center to create a test using the 2 components the 2nd component always fails with the error "unable to load test". It doesn't matter which order i put them in or anything.

I enabled logging and found this....

I have other projects using the same business component testing methods that do not have any issues. Thoughts?

Hi,

I hav a question here before I can really answer your question.Are you able to open the component in QTP.If it is not opening then this should be the reason
Is there any recent upgardation of your tools,i mean any version upgrade.If so the component that have been created in the earlier version cannot be opened in the latest version as the projects in which these components have been created also have to be upgraded.
