QTP doesn't open

I have a magic problem !
QTP in my computer was running well, but from one day i cann't open it : after the 'add-in window' the QTP just doesn't open : eny errors in eventviewer. Any error message. I blocked ranning antivirus, but the problem still exist. Somebody of you encountered with it ? thanks !

I encountered a similar problem.
Re-installing worked in my case.

Run the QuickTestProfessional.bat file to re-register the DLL's located at:
C:\Program Files\Mercury Interactive\QuickTest Professional\bin
