I have installed QTP 9.5 14 day trial software in 64 bit Vista OS. Initially when I tried to record on any application or website no objects were getting recognized nor any steps were recorded. The spy recognizes any object as winobject. All required add-ins were added and the browsers were opened after qtp has been started. Later I changed the compatibility property of QTP.exe to 32 bit windows XP. At this point QTP is recording on IE correctly but once I stop the recording whole application including QTP hangs.
When I tried inlcuding objects manually its still not recognizing the objects on AUT.
Has anyone faced such problem? IF so please help me in how to proceed on the same.
