QTP 9.5 Application Errors

QTP v9.5.0.0 Build 194
Add-Ins: ActiveX, Java, VB, Web, .NET
Windows XP Pro 2002 SP2

Following an Incompatibility Error - Test Results (see previous post), QTP generated the following application errors:

QTPro.exe - Application Error
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process ID=0x5ac (1452), Thread ID=0xc68(3176).

QTPro.exe - Application Error
Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.
Process ID=0x298 (664), Thread ID=0x74c(1868).

Has anyone seen similar errors? What do these errors indicate? Where can I find information regarding these errors?
