QC, QTP & Run Results Viewer

I use QC & QTP to manage scripts and view results using RRV. My development laptop automatically launchs RRV when I select a run and click "Launch Report" button.

When I execute scripts I do this on a seperate laptop that connects to a VM. The VM has QTP & RRV installed. When I am inside QC on the VM the "Launch Report" button is disabled.

I have been unable to figure out why.

Anyone have any ideas on this?

I figured out the problem. The QuickTest Add In for ALM wasn't installed on the VM. Sometimes I wonder about IT...
