I get the Add In manager screen and i click on OK.

Then I get the screen which displays the following options:

In this screen i am not able to click on any of the above options. It doesnot work...So, i am not able to get into the QTP.

I have tried reinstalling QTP by deleting the registry everything.

Configuration

I have reinstall QTP 9.2 by deleting all the registry entries.

I would appreciate if you can suggest me any troubleshooting ideas to overcome this issue.

It's in the following location if you installed QTP to the C drive
C:\Program Files\Mercury Interactive\QuickTest Professional\bin
Just duble click on it to run it.
