Picking up tab clicks in tests

Hi,

I have an application that is coded in VB.NET and uses Ajax tabs. When I try to record a test, using QTP, it does not pick up when I change tabs within the application. When I then go to run the test it does not run properly because it has not switched tabs as I did when I recorded. Any ideas on how to either get the recording of a test to pick up the tab click OR a way I can add it after I have recorded?

Is there a way to pick up the tab clicks without having to download anything? When I record the script it is not picking up the action of switching tabs at all. It is like they are just ignored.

I read somewhere else that if I had the WEB add-in that the tabs should be working. I have the WEB add-in installed and for the test I was recording. Does this seem like it should work? It still doesn't, but I am not sure what I am missing still.
